The Team
ALLIS-NA can count on a multidisciplinary and qualified team of experts, divided into 4 areas of expertise within a matrix organization:

To ensure the most efficient territorial proximity possible, ALLIS-NA has set up 5 territorial relays, 5 local offices, thus enabling it to support companies and health actors as close as possible to their location.
BORDEAUX' OFFICE
Laurence Lachamp, PhD. is the director of ALLIS-NA.
Originally from Bordeaux, Laurence is coming back to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region after more than 20 years of activities in innovation and health at the international level. Trained as a chemical engineer and with a doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences, Laurence worked for major pharmaceutical groups (Pierre Fabre, Ipsen, Ferrer) before participating in the creation of a startup in Barcelona with particular expertise in drug-delivery, pharma, biotech, DM and medtech. Today, she puts her dynamism and her experience in business and innovation at the service of the actors of the health ecosystem of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

Karim Lallouche, PhD. is the Science, Health & Technology Coordinator; he is also the DM / Pharma / Clinical referent.
Doctor in Neuroscience, Karim worked for several years at the Charles Nicolle University Hospital (Rouen) in the Clinical Research, Innovation and Regulatory Affairs Department before managing the medical device network in New Aquitaine (RDM-NA) until its merger with ALLIS-NA. He also manages a CRO.
With a long experience in the world of clinical research and a strong knowledge of the world of medical devices, as well as a good knowledge of the business world, he put his expertise to the benefit of companies in New Aquitaine.
LIMOGES' OFFICE
Sébastien Arico, PhD. is the territorial development & health coordinator of ALLIS-NA. He is also the Deeptech / biotech referent of ALLIS-NA.
Sébastien holds a PhD in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Paris 5. After a post-doctoral course at the University of Limoges and then 9 years spent in an animal biotechnology company that he helped to create, he joined INVIVOLIM in 2016, and now ALLIS-NA to instill a territorial dynamic and enhance the skills of the New Aquitaine territory.

Julien Chabassier is the Program & Operational Marketing Coordinator; he is also the ALLIS-NA referent for ALLIS4All general services.
After a background in communication/marketing and several experiences in the field of animation of territorial ecosystems (regional economic development agency, digital cluster, technopole), Julien joined INVIVOLIM in October 2018 in order to perpetuate the actions of the cluster and continue the territorial animation engaged. His organizational skills and communication skills make him an asset for our structure.

Salomé Carcienté is a communication officer for ALLIS-NA.
After a student entrepreneurship course and holding a master II from the IAE of Limoges, she joined ALLIS-NA for her work-study where she puts her smile and her good mood at the service of ALLIS-NA members.
POITIERS' Office
Matthieu Gabard, is in charge of innovation at the Technopole Grand Poitiers.
Matthieu holds a Master's degree in "Audit Finance and Accounting" from the Troyes business school. He began his professional career with the BNP Paribas group as a "risk and commitment" analyst at the Lyon regional office. He then joined the academic incubator of Poitou Charentes where he accompanied more than twenty start-ups from project structuring to fundraising. From 2012 to 2014, he then took a position in a banking group (Crédit Agricole) as a corporate account manager, but also as an investment manager in a start-up in the equity crowdfunding market. In 2015, he took over a start-up support function within the academic incubator of Poitou Charentes, which was taken over by the Technopole Grand Poitiers in 2017. In parallel to his coaching functions, he is the relay of the Alliance Innovation Santé de Nouvelle Aquitaine for the North Aquitaine territory.
LA ROCHELLE's Office
Anne Gerdil-Magueron is in charge of the development of the Biotechnology, Nutrition and Health sectors at La Rochelle Technopole.
Anne is ALLIS-NA's Rochelle relay. Her very good knowledge of the health actors in La Rochelle makes her an important relay and an asset to develop the ALLIS-NA network in this territory.
BAYONNE's office
In order to have a good territorial representation, we are consolidating a 5th office in the South of Aquitaine, in Bayonne, in partnership with the CCI of Bayonne.
