The Nouvelle-Aquitaine region is home to a dynamic and diverse healthcare innovation ecosystem, representing a significant proportion of national activity in this field. It is home to numerous academic research centres and a rich and varied industrial fabric.
ALLIS-NA brings together the majority of these players: start-ups, SMEs, ETIs, large companies, clinical and academic players, schools and universities, local authorities and economic development players. With almost 150 members with a wide range of expertise, ALLIS-NA plays a crucial role in boosting the competitiveness of companies in the sector, accelerating regional economic development and developing healthcare innovations in the New Aquitaine region.

How do I join ?
Membership of the cluster is not free. The annual fee depends on the type of organisation you are. The membership application form must be completed in full. This application will be presented to the association's Executive Committee, which will decide whether to validate membership of 1 of the 9 colleges. Membership becomes effective once the Board has given its approval and the membership fee has been paid.

To ensure the most effective local presence possible, ALLIS-NA has set up 3 local offices (Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Limoges) to provide support to companies and healthcare players as close as possible to their location.
David BOUCARD, PhD is the Managing Director of ALLIS-NA.
With a scientific background, David is a chemical engineer (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier) and has a doctorate in biology (Université de Bordeaux). Successively Scientific Project Officer at the French Embassy in Berlin, Scientific Project Officer at the Institut National du Cancer, Coordinator of the Research Department at the Institut Gustave Roussy, Coordinator of Academic Partnerships and Technology Transfer at Medicen Paris Région and Executive Director of the Institut Français de Myopie at the Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild, he has developed solid scientific expertise and a strong grasp of the innovation ecosystem in healthcare. He is a passionate expert in research, innovation and business support in the healthcare sector. David will be appointed CEO of the cluster in October 2024.

Sami BERRADA is the Development Officer & Referent for the Gironde region.
With a dual Master's degree in Business Law and the Grande Ecole Programme at Inseec, Sami started working for ALLIS-NA in December 2020 as a trainee, before the operational launch of the cluster on the commercial management of members, and then naturally moved on to assignments linked to the Business Development of the structure. Today, he is one of the key contacts for our members and contributes to the cluster's development.

Alexandra FAUDET is ALLIS-NA's Executive Assistant.
With a background in viticulture, she began her career in the public sector at the Gironde Chamber of Agriculture as Head of Plant Material Experimentation for 9 years. She then joined a private Franco-Italian nursery, where she spent 5 years managing a local branch, supporting and advising winegrowers in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in their choice of planting material. Her organisational skills, thoroughness, knowledge of subsidy applications, management skills and ability to listen make her a real Swiss Army knife when it comes to running the centre.

Julien CHABASSIER is Head of Communications/Marketing & Referent Eastern New Aquitaine.
After obtaining a Master's degree in Intercultural Management at the University of Limoges, supplemented by training in Communications and Marketing, Julien gained experience and project management in the field of regional ecosystems (regional economic development agency, digital cluster, technology park, etc.). In 2018, he joined the INVIVOLIM cluster (co-founder of ALLIS-NA) in order to ensure the long-term future of the organisation's activities and to continue the local initiatives underway. His organisational skills, knowledge of the regional economic fabric and communication/marketing skills make him an asset to our organisation.

Frédéric WURSTER is the Territorial Coordination & Business Development Officer.
With 25 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has held positions in outsourcing strategy, financial control and general management. He created and managed the French subsidiary of a pharmaceutical laboratory in the field of haematology and oncology. He also acquired and managed a communications agency. Before joining ALLIS-NA, he held the position of Interim General Delegate & Start-up Project Manager at ESTER Technopole, where he supported start-ups in their development.

Alice LEROUX, PhD is in charge of the Biotech/Pharma sector & Referent North New Aquitaine.
Alice is a UTC engineer and obtained a PhD from the University of Bordeaux under the supervision of Joëlle Amédée - Research Director for the BioTis tissue bioengineering laboratory.
Based in La Rochelle, Alice joins the cluster as a Sector Expert, specifically tasked with leading the Bio & Pharma community by contributing her technical expertise and representing ALLIS in the North Aquitaine region.

The ALLIS-NA Board is made up of 5 members elected* from the association's Board of Directors and chaired by Philippe Lamoureux.
* Cyril Van Robais has been replaced by Nathalie Auzerie as Treasurer of the association since 08/01/2025. Catherine Sztal-Kutas has been replaced by Audrey François-Souche (Calyxis) as Secretary. We would like to thank Cyril and Catherine for their commitment to the Board.
At the General Meeting of members on 28 June 2024, the representatives of the various colleges on the ALLIS-NA Board of Directors were elected.
In total, 30 directors from 9 colleges have joined us on the Board of Directors.
